1.     Click the icon below to download the PlugIn file

2.         When you see the pop up below Click "Open"

3.     In WinZip go to "Actions" and select "Select All" from the drop down Menu.

4.     Go to "Actions" again and select "Extract" from the drop down Menu

5.     Click once on the "+" next to "My Computer"

Click once on the "+" next to Drive C

Now look for "Program Files and Click once on the "+" next to "Program Files" 

6.     Now look for the "Jasc Software Inc" Folder and Click once on the "+"

Click once on the "+" next to your Paint Shop Pro Folder and look for the "PlugIns" Folder

Click on the "PlugIns" Folder once so it is highlighted

Now Click on "Extract"

Thats it you can now open Paint Shop Pro and play with your new PlugIn effect
