1. If you haven't already got it you will need to download WinZip. Click on the icon below to download

2. Once you have installed WinZip you need to download MSVCRT10.DLL & PLUGIN.DLL. Your plugins will not work without these files.
Click the Folder below to download them and read on for how to install them

3. When you see the pop up screen as below click on "Open"

4. Click on the PlugIn.dll once to select it then click "Extract"

5. When you see the pop up screen as below click once on the "+" beside Drive C:,
click once on the "+" beside "WINDOWS"

6. Scroll down to the "System" Folder and click on it once to select it.

Then click on "Extract".

7. Now open the zip containing your MSVCRT10.DLL and repeat the steps above to extract it into your

C://WINDOWS/system directory

8. That is as difficult as it gets if you have sucessfully completed the above then
